How it Works

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your order date.

  • The guarantee applies only to the first bottle from your first order.

  • If multiple bottles are purchased in a single order or across multiple orders within the 90-day period, only one bottle is eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been processed.

Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@trycellera.com

  • We may ask you to send back the unused portion or empty bottle as part of the return process.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exclusions

  • Refunds are limited to one bottle per household.
  • Subsequent orders are not covered by the 90-day guarantee.

  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers are not eligible for returns or refunds.
